Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the creation and delivery of custom cyber security solutions
- Provide technical consultation on security architecture and compliance programs
- Perform vulnerability assessments, incident response, policy creation, and governance activities
- Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership on projects
- Ensure compliance with global regulatory standards such as PCI DSS, GLBA, Basel II, EU Data Protection, and U.S. State Laws
- Maintain cyber security certifications and actively contribute to technical communities
Mandatory Criteria:
- Fluent Japanese language proficiency
- Experience in cybersecurity consulting/architecture roles
- Certification in ISO 27001 or CISSP (must have one)
- Experience with network security, firewalls, IDS/IPS, scripting (C, Java, Perl, Shell)
- Prior experience in cyber security consulting firms only
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel for business/project requirements
Good-to-Have:
- Certifications: CISM, CISA, CEH, or similar
- Cloud security experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
- Data privacy & cross-border compliance knowledge
- Automation and security scripting expertise
