Senior Consultant/Assistant Manager - Technology Risk Advisory

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurgaon for a Technology Risk Advisory Sr. Consultant/Assistant Manager Role. The role involves day-to-day tasks such as managing IT risk, conducting technology risk assessments, performing IT audits, and ensuring cybersecurity measures are in place. The Consultant will collaborate with teams to identify risk areas, develop mitigation strategies, and support the implementation of robust IT risk management frameworks.. D Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CISA are a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct risk based internal audits and process reviews across various departments.

- Identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and areas for process improvement.

- Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management.

- Ensure compliance with internal policies, industry regulations, and best practices.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions.

Qualifications:

- 3-6 years of relevant experience in internal and/or process auditing.

- Prior experience in the Power or Aviation sector is highly preferred.

- Chartered Accountant (CA) preferred; MBA, CMA candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.

- Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
