Key Accountabilities

- Working closely with C-suite executives, Board members, and HR leaders across industries to drive the firms business development, client relationship management, develop and execute search strategies, and ensure the successful delivery of senior leadership talent globally

- Business & P&L Ownership - Driving revenue growth by managing strategic accounts, ensuring profitability and operational excellence globally

- Drive top-line revenue by identifying, negotiating, and activating high-value partnerships

- Leveraging industry network and deep industry expertise to identify and secure new strategic clients

- Identifying new clients and strategic opportunities, building and leveraging a deep CXO network, and providing clients with market intelligence and strategic advice on talent acquisition and succession planning

- Drive thought leadership, bring in best practices on assessment, executive hiring, as well as outside in perspectives on the external talent landscape & executive trends

- Build strong partnership with senior level stakeholders and business partners, acting as their trusted advisor on executive talent needs, co-shaping the approach on how to best design for future success, plan for changes, engage with talents and drive integrated win/win solutions.

- Develop tailored talent acquisition strategies for client portfolios in pre-defined disciplines and execute by utilizing knowledge of internal and external talent pools to build robust and diverse pipeline of qualified candidates

- Prospect for new business, build pipeline, and develop and present customized proposals to potential clients

- Understanding client business goals, organizational structure, and culture to provide strategic insights and talent solutions.

Skills & Experience:

- Experience in directly managing executive client relationships, fostering partnerships and ensuring consistent CXO level stakeholder management with 15+ years in retained executive search.


- Proven experience in delivering on executive search mandates end to end, from initial kick off, all the way up to and including executive level offers negotiation and onboarding.


- Strong sales acumen and ability to work independently in generating new business.


- Proactive attitude, entrepreneurial approach, with an unconditional commitment to the clients.


- Dynamic and self-assured entrepreneurial personality having an incisive understanding of strategic business processes and an excellent in-depth knowledge of specific markets and business sectors, commanding an extensive and well-developed professional network globally.
