Translate Company Strategy:
- Translate company Accounts strategy into plans and provide direction/leadership.
- Deliver strategic and business objectives.
Revenue and Margin Targets:
- Responsible for revenue and margin targets of accounts assigned to Client Partner/ Sr Client Manager.
End-to-End Ownership:
- Manage new/existing business proposals from RFI/RFP/RFQ responses till MSA/SOW execution.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain relationships with key business and technology stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of products/services.
Account Landscaping and Advocacy:
- Account landscaping, stakeholder mapping, relationship management, customer advocacy, and strategic quarterly reviews with customers.
Business Forecasts: Publish and track monthly business forecasts and formulate contingency plans for revenue shortfalls.
Billing Efficiency: Accountable for billing efficiency, utilization targets, and resource fulfillment.
Customer Satisfaction: Achieve customer satisfaction scores/targets.
Team Development:
- Motivate and develop high-capability professionals to build an excellent team.
- Ensure succession plans for key roles and avoid single points of dependency.
Delivery and Technical Recommendations:
- Understand requirements & deliverables, meet deadlines, and prioritize engineering tasks.
- Provide robust technical recommendations impacting short and long-term business performance.
Project Management:
- Ensure projects are appropriately assessed, designed, planned, resourced, scheduled, and delivered in a timely and cost-effective manner.
Budget and Resource Planning:
- Develop budget and resource plans to meet business objectives within financial and performance targets.
Risk Management:
- Identify, assess, and manage operational technology risks and maintain technology performance.
Team Capability Building:
- Build the capability of the team, and drive account and organization goals and objectives.
- Ensure effective recruitment, performance management, and training.

- Reduce voluntary attrition to 10% or less.
- Have a formal engagement plan for liaising with key senior customer stakeholders.
- Collaborate fully with the Altimetrik India leadership team and solicit support for activities undertaken.
- Lead and influence an engaged and effective workforce integrated with Altimetrik Vision.
Our Ideal Candidate comes with:
- Overall experience of 18-25 years managing product engineering accounts and offshore development centers working closely with global teams.
- At least 3 years of experience in independent account ownership.
Technical / Functional Competency:
- IT Software Development, Digital Solutions, Digital Transformation background.
- Basic understanding of technology and software development methodologies, particularly in custom software development.
- Proven and consistent track record of meeting revenue targets.
Behavioral Competency:
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to lead initiatives and align individuals toward common goals.
- Working knowledge of systems infrastructure.
- Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
