
About the Role:
As a Senior BD Specialist - IT Sales, you will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets. The role demands a strong understanding of IT products, SaaS solutions, and enterprise sales cycles, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in domestic and international IT markets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with CXOs, decision-makers, and technology heads.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and RFP responses tailored to client requirements.
- Collaborate with the technical and delivery teams to design customized IT solutions.
- Drive the entire sales cycle - from lead generation to closure and post-sales engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and forecasts using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
- 4-5 years of experience in IT Sales / SaaS / Software Solutions / Technology Consulting.
- Proven track record in B2B business development and enterprise sales.
- Strong understanding of IT products, cloud, digital transformation, and managed services.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience with CRM tools, lead generation platforms, and sales automation systems.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
