About the Role:

- We are looking for a high-performing Senior Enterprise Sales Manager to drive substantial revenue growth across a defined portfolio of enterprise accounts in India.

- This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional who thrives in complex, value-driven sales cycles, confidently engages CXO-level stakeholders, and delivers impactful AI-powered solutions aligned to business outcomes.

- You will play a pivotal role in accelerating revenue growth, acquiring new enterprise customers, and expanding strategic accounts during a critical growth phase.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive seven-to eight-figure revenue through new business acquisition, renewals, upselling, and cross-selling within assigned enterprise accounts

- Own and manage the complete sales lifecycle - from prospecting and discovery to negotiation and deal closure

- Deliver impactful product demonstrations and executive-level presentations highlighting AI-driven business value

- Build and nurture trusted relationships with CXOs, VPs, and senior decision-makers using a consultative, value-based selling approach

- Structure, negotiate, and close large, complex enterprise agreements aligned with customer objectives

- Collaborate closely with Customer Success teams to ensure seamless onboarding, strong adoption, renewals, and expansion opportunities

- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and accurate forecasting using CRM platforms such as HubSpot

- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer challenges to shape sales strategy and provide product feedback

Requirements:

- 8+ years of quota-carrying enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of closing seven- to eight-figure deals in India

- Strong experience selling enterprise SaaS and/or AI-based solutions (highly preferred)

- Deep expertise in consultative and value-based selling, including ROI modeling and business case development

- Demonstrated success managing long, complex enterprise sales cycles and consistently exceeding revenue targets

- Established CXO-level network with the ability to leverage relationships to accelerate pipeline growth

- Exceptional communication, executive presentation, and negotiation skills

- Experience selling into BFSI, EdTech, or large consumer brands is an advantage

- Hands-on experience with modern CRM and sales engagement tools (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, etc.)

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
