
Role Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager - Enterprise Offerings to lead enterprise business growth through a blend of Sales Leadership, Key Account Management, and Offering Development.
The role demands a proven leader with deep experience in building high-value enterprise relationships, managing large accounts, and driving multimillion-dollar revenue growth in IT services.
The ideal candidate should have a balance of strategic foresight, execution excellence, and people leadership, with hands-on experience in Enterprise IT solutions such as Cloud, DevOps, Atlassian, AWS, and Digital Transformation services.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Leadership & Strategy:
- Own and drive the Enterprise Sales & Account Management Strategy to achieve business growth and profitability targets.
- Define and execute the go-to-market (GTM) plan for enterprise offerings across identified verticals.
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and alliances to expand market reach.
- Develop business plans and roadmaps to build multi-million-dollar portfolios.
Sales & Revenue Ownership:
- Lead Enterprise Sales, managing end-to-end business cycles from opportunity discovery to closure.
- Drive Cross-sell and upsell initiatives across large enterprise accounts to maximize wallet share.
- Establish and achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets across offerings.
- Oversee proposal management, RFP response, and pricing strategy in collaboration with pre-sales teams.
Account Management & Customer Success:
- Serve as a trusted advisor to CXOs and senior stakeholders within key enterprise accounts.
- Build and maintain strong multi-level relationships across client organizations.
- Ensure delivery excellence and customer satisfaction through close coordination with delivery teams.
- Drive account planning and governance reviews for strategic accounts.
Offerings & Market Development:
- Collaborate with COEs (Centers of Excellence) to shape customer-centric solutions in areas such as Atlassian, AWS, Cloud, DevOps, and Digital Services.
- Monitor market trends, competition, and emerging technologies to strengthen the enterprise portfolio.
- Support marketing in building brand visibility and enterprise positioning.
Team Leadership:
- Build, mentor, and lead a High-performing Sales and Account Management team.
- Foster a performance-driven culture emphasizing customer focus, collaboration, and innovation.
What We Are Looking For:
- 15-20 years of overall experience in IT Services Sales, with minimum 5 years in enterprise account leadership roles.
- Proven track record of developing multi-million-dollar enterprise accounts in India or global markets.
- Strong experience in Solution-Based selling, RFP leadership, Key Account Management and manage P&L.
- Ability to navigate complex client organizations and influence CXO-level decisions.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive relationship-building skills.
- Strategic thinker with operational excellence and execution discipline.
