Senior Business Development Manager - Delhi

Industry: B2B SaaS, PaaS & Enterprise Tech

CTC: Up to 17 to 22 LPA (Fixed + Variable)

We are hiring Senior BDMs to drive enterprise sales for a fast-growing Enterprise Tech platform used across multiple industries. The role requires strong consultative selling skills, the ability to create customized solutions, and comfort operating in dynamic, evolving product environments.

Role Overview:

You will own the full enterprise sales cycle-hunting, qualification, solutioning, pitching, proposals, and closures-while navigating complex customer organizations and building long-term value-based relationships. You'll be responsible for generating qualified leads independently and expanding business across new and existing verticals.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive B2B enterprise sales across large accounts; independently run lead generation, discovery, proposals & negotiations.

- Create customized pitches and solution frameworks; identify decision-makers, navigate approvals, anticipate risks, and build fallback strategies.

- Manage cross-functional collaboration with Product, Pre-Sales, Content, Finance & CX teams to craft winning solutions.

- Hunt for new opportunities through networks, events, references, tenders & non-traditional channels.

- Manage 3-6 month sales cycles with ~- 30L average deal sizes.

- Achieve targets with strong pipeline discipline, forecasting accuracy & operational excellence.

- Serve as consultative advisor helping customers adopt and scale offerings; resolve escalations when needed.

Ideal Profile:

- 5-10 years in B2B enterprise sales in SaaS / PaaS / IT Infra / SI.

- Strong ability to articulate complex solutions clearly; consultative, strategic, and independent in approach.

- Experience building first-ever deals or entering new verticals; ability to master new industry vocabulary quickly.

- Comfortable with uncertainty, shifting product features or pricing, and working with minimal playbooks.

- High ownership mindset ("founder-like"), proactive problem solving, and ability to absorb and synthesize large volumes of information.

- Able to innovate sales processes, challenge assumptions, and drive cross-industry conversations.

Education:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field, with deep tech/SaaS sales exposure preferred.
