Senior Brand Manager - Personal Care Category

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Brand Manager has experience in Brand management, NPD & Communication development across diverse categories of Skin & Hair care product segment, implementing strategic initiatives aimed at boosting brand visibility and expanding market share, Executing strategies to maximize business within core markets,To build strategies and maintain market share and satisfy customer needs, accelerated the firm growth.

- Responsible for Band transformation, category growth & innovation, skilled in P&L management, new product development & cross-functional leadership with a strong record of delivering sustained revenue growth and brand equity, implementing strategic initiatives aimed at boosting brand visibility and expanding market share.

- Looking after complete P&L, media planning and GTM strategy, enhancing category penetration & portfolio profitability of Beverages & food Segment, portfolio expansion through New Product launch, Variant SKUs & Channel expansion, brand communication development,

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive consumer engagement, Analyzing market dynamics and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and optimize product offerings, Managing the annual Branding budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve maximum return on investment for marketing initiatives.
