Job Description:

Location: Delhi - NCR

Work Timings: 10:30 AM - 7:30PM

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- MBA graduates from premier Tier-1 business schools such as IIMs, FMS Delhi, XLRI, SPJIMR, MDI Gurgaon, IIFT, ISB, NMIMS, and Symbiosis, with a strong foundation in business strategy, sales, marketing, consulting, or general management.

- Demonstrated academic excellence throughout their educational journey, with 90%+ scores in both Class X and Class XII, reflecting consistency, discipline, and a strong aptitude for learning.

- Strong business acumen with the ability to understand market dynamics, customer challenges, commercial opportunities, and revenue growth levers.

- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the confidence to engage and build relationships with senior stakeholders, decision-makers, and business leaders across industries.

- Proven leadership potential demonstrated through internships, live projects, case competitions, student leadership positions, entrepreneurial ventures, or extracurricular achievements.

- Analytical and data-driven mindset, capable of interpreting business metrics, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.

- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities, with a consultative approach to understanding customer needs and delivering value-driven solutions.

- Self-motivated, ambitious, and highly driven individuals who thrive in fast-paced, high-growth environments and are eager to take ownership of business outcomes.

- Prior exposure to Enterprise Sales, Business Development, Consulting, Customer Success, Market Research, Strategic Partnerships, Account Management, or B2B environments will be preferred.

- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and operational excellence.

What Youll Do:

- Own and manage the complete lifecycle of strategic client accounts, from onboarding and relationship development to account growth, retention, and long-term success.

- Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients, building trusted relationships and ensuring a consistently high-quality customer experience.

- Develop a deep understanding of client business objectives, challenges, and priorities to identify opportunities for value creation and revenue expansion.

- Drive account growth through strategic upselling, cross-selling, and solution-based selling by aligning Lloyds' offerings with client requirements.

- Conduct regular business reviews, product demonstrations, and strategic discussions with key stakeholders to strengthen relationships and uncover new business opportunities.

- Collaborate closely with internal teams including Product, Research, Operations, and Leadership to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and prompt resolution of client concerns.

- Monitor account performance, customer engagement, and revenue metrics to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities.

- Utilize CRM platforms and sales tools to maintain accurate account records, track client interactions, and manage the sales pipeline effectively.

- Engage with senior decision-makers and business leaders to influence strategic conversations and position Lloyds as a long-term growth partner.

- Contribute to customer retention initiatives by proactively identifying challenges and implementing solutions that enhance client satisfaction and loyalty.

- Support business expansion efforts by identifying opportunities within existing accounts and helping develop strategies for market growth.

- Actively participate in learning and development initiatives, leadership sessions, workshops, and internal knowledge-sharing programs to continuously enhance professional capabilities.

- Work closely with senior leadership on strategic projects, business initiatives, and process improvements that contribute to organizational growth.
