Senior Associate, Banking & Finance Lawyer (3-5 Years of Experience)

About the Job:

This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled lawyer with 3-5 years of experience to join our reputable law firm as a Senior Associate in the Banking & Finance team. This role is available in our Mumbai and Delhi offices. We are looking for a proactive individual who can hit the ground running and contribute significantly to our practice.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handling legal due diligence for various financing transactions.

- Drafting and reviewing transaction documents, including loan agreements, security documents, and other ancillary agreements.

- Assisting in the negotiation process and providing support during deal closures.

- Conducting legal research on complex banking and finance matters and providing clear, concise legal opinions.

- Collaborating effectively with a dynamic team to support the overall objectives of the Banking & Finance department.

Experience in regulatory matters is a valuable asset.

The Successful Applicant:

- Admitted to the Bar.

- Possession of an LL.M, MAS, and/or J.D. degree is highly desirable.

- Proven experience working in the Banking & Finance practice of a reputable law firm.

- Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
