Job Opportunity: Senior Associate Insurance Risk Advisory (SA2)

Location: Dadar, Mumbai

We are seeking a Senior Associate to join our clients Insurance Risk Advisory team, part of a leading global professional services organization. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with leading insurance and financial services clients, providing advisory support on accounting, financial controls, and transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver internal control and finance transformation projects, engaging with client stakeholders.

- Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for Financial Controls / SOx / ICFR.

- Support clients in designing and optimizing financial risk and controls programs (SOx, ICFR).

- Assist in finance change and transformation projects, including GAAP conversions, -IFRS/US GAAP implementations, and reporting enhancements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including risk, regulatory, and IT specialists to deliver integrated client solutions.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

- Chartered or Certified Accountancy qualification (ACA or international equivalent) mandatory.

- Strong technical knowledge and experience within the Insurance market.

- Practical understanding of IFRS, UK GAAP, and/or US GAAP.

- Demonstrated experience in SOx compliance and financial controls best practices.

- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach.

Educational Qualification:

Chartered Accountant (ACA or equivalent) is mandatory.

Experience Level:

- Typically 3-6 years of relevant experience in Risk Advisory, Financial Services, or Insurance domains.
