Job Summary- We are seeking an experienced Fund Structuring and Compliance Specialist to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for advising, designing, and implementing effective fund structures, and ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and laws. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the regulatory landscape governing funds and will be able to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders to ensure compliance. Key Responsibilities: - Fund structuring and registration - Drafting of trust deed, investment agreements etc. - Ensure compliance with all relevant SEBI and RBI laws and regulations governing funds - Develop and maintain compliance policies and procedures to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements - Conduct ongoing monitoring and oversight of the fund's compliance program - Identify and mitigate potential compliance risks, and ensure that any issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner - Keep abreast of regulatory developments and industry best practices related to fund structuring and compliance Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in law - CS with Bachelor's degree in law - At least 5 years of PQE in fund structuring and compliance, - Strong knowledge of the regulatory landscape governing funds - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
