Exp : 7-10 yrs Education : LLB/LLM - The successful candidate will have broad experience in a employment law and dealing with HR related matters. - The successful candidate will have broad experience in a employment law and dealing with HR related matters. - Employment contracts (appointments / cessation / amendments) and policies including disciplinary processes and grievance redressal mechanism - - Employee transition, workforce restructuring, transfer on account of business / asset transfers - Compensation, incentive structures, voluntary retirement schemes - Outsourced workforce and related liabilities - Secondments including advice on substantive immigration law - Statutory compliances and substantive law related opinions (social security (EPF, ESI, Labour Welfare Fund, payment of statutory bonus, minimum wage, overtime allowance, wage deduction, employee benefits including maternity leave, standing orders, other liabilities) including advisory on rectification steps and procedures - Resolution of and inputs on responding to internal employment disputes, grievances and claims - Matters including internal enquiries concerning employee misconduct including frauds, indiscipline, grievance, discrimination, sexual harassment at workplace and related documentation, employee communication and pre-emptive media strategy - Dealing with pre-litigation scenarios and documentation, litigation matters including dealing with matters relating to EPF, ESI, Labour Commissioner, - Knowledge of recent labour codes, data privacy developments. Management/Leadership Responsibility: - Will serve mainly as an individual contributor .
