
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a strategic HR partner to Sales leadership and business stakeholders
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle including onboarding, performance management, engagement, retention, and exits
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and culture-building activities for large sales teams
- Support talent management, workforce planning, and succession planning
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and disciplinary processes
- Partner with recruitment teams to ensure timely hiring for business needs
- Use HR metrics and data to provide insights and recommend people solutions
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, labor laws, and company guidelines
- Support change management initiatives in a high-growth environment
Candidate Profile:
Experience:
- Senior Associate: 2-4 years
- Associate Manager / Manager: 5-7 years
- Prior HRBP experience supporting Sales teams (mandatory)
- BPO / Internet / Dotcom industry exposure preferred
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage large team sizes (150-300 employees)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Willingness to work night shifts (1-2 days/week)
