We are hiring an experienced Senior Analyst for a critical US Asset Management Operations role supporting Investment Manager (IM) books and custodian oversight. This is a hands-on individual contributor role requiring deep expertise in portfolio reconciliations and corporate actions within a global asset management environment.

Key Responsibilities:


- Perform end-to-end portfolio reconciliations (daily, weekly, monthly) between Investment Manager books and Custodian records

- Independently investigate cash and position breaks, perform root cause analysis, and drive resolution

- Handle mandatory corporate actions end to end: identification, validation, entitlement calculation, posting, and reconciliation

- Work across Equity and Fixed Income cash products

- Liaise with custodians, internal stakeholders, and global teams to resolve discrepancies

- Support US Asset Management operations in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment

- Ensure reconciliations and postings are completed accurately before NAV cut-offs

Mandatory Skills & Experience (Non-Negotiable):

- 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience in Asset Management Operations

- Proven experience with Portfolio Reconciliations (IM books vs Custodian)

- Strong understanding of reconciliation breaks and root cause analysis

- Mandatory Corporate Actions processing experience (not theoretical)

- Exposure to US Asset Management / Global Markets

- Strong working knowledge of Equity and Fixed Income products

- Individual contributor who has personally performed reconciliations (not supervisory only)

Education:

- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field

- Postgraduate qualifications (MBA / MCom / equivalent) preferred
