Position: Senior Analyst / Team Lead - Finance Control & Compliance

About the Role

We are hiring experienced Control & Compliance professionals with mandatory exposure to 2nd Line of Defense functions. The role involves stakeholder reporting, supervisory review, governance activities, and leading control testing engagements.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead control testing and compliance execution activities

- Supervise and review junior team members' work

- Conduct process walkthroughs and risk assessments

- Prepare and validate Risk & Control Matrices (RCMs)

- Manage stakeholder reporting and remediation tracking

- Support SOX / ISAE / SSAE compliance programs

- Drive root cause analysis and governance reporting

Required Skills

- Mandatory experience in 2nd Line of Defense setup

- Hands-on exposure to SOX / ISAE 3402 / SSAE frameworks

- Experience in control testing, walkthroughs, and audit reviews

- Stakeholder management and governance communication skills

- Supervisory or review experience is required

- Strong analytical and reporting capabilities

Preferred Background

- CA preferred | CISA desirable

- Experience in Big 4, Shared Services, GBS, or Risk Advisory environments

- ERP / ITGC exposure preferred
