Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Analyst with strong hands-on expertise in Salesforce CRM, CPQ (Configure-Price-Quote), and business process optimization. The ideal candidate will collaborate with sales, operations, and technical teams to streamline workflows, automate processes, and drive CRM efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance Salesforce CRM modules, workflows, dashboards, automation, and integrations.
- Implement and optimize Salesforce CPQ for pricing, quoting, product configuration, and approvals.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and solution designs.
- Work closely with sales operations to standardize quoting processes, discount structures, and approval flows.
- Configure objects, validation rules, flows, permission sets, custom fields, and CPQ bundles.
- Support data migration, cleansing, reporting, and Salesforce analytics.
- Conduct UAT, prepare documentation, train users, and ensure adoption across teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Finance, Operations, Product) to resolve system issues.
- Ensure Salesforce best practices, data hygiene, and platform governance.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in Salesforce CRM as an Analyst / Admin / Functional Consultant.
- Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce CPQ (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of Lead Opportunity Quote Order Billing processes.
- Experience in workflow automation, flows, process builder, formula fields, and reporting.
- Knowledge of Apex triggers, integrations, APIs (added advantage).
- Salesforce Admin, CPQ Specialist, or related certifications preferred.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with SaaS, IT Consulting, or B2B enterprise sales teams.
- Experience with pricing models, revenue operations, and quoting frameworks.
- Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability.
