Position Overview:
We are seeking strategic Senior Analysts and Analysts to nurture and grow relationships with our enterprise clients. This role blends world-class client service with strategic consulting to drive adoption, expansion, and long-term partnership. The ideal candidate will leverage exceptional analytical and communication skills, honed at a top-tier consulting firm - to act as a trusted advisor to our clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our SaaS solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
(a) Client consulting and strategic partnership:
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of enterprise clients, deeply understanding their business objectives and challenges
- Conduct regular strategic business reviews to align our SaaS platform's capabilities with client KPIs and ROI
- Proactively identify risks to client success and develop mitigation plans; act as the client's internal advocate
- Apply structured problem-solving frameworks to analyze client data, uncover insights, and deliver actionable recommendations
(b) Account growth and revenue expansion:
- Develop and execute on account plans to identify, qualify, and secure upsell and cross-sell opportunities (e.g., additional modules, seats, premium features)
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams to tailor expansion proposals that deliver clear value
- Own the renewal process, ensuring high retention rates and negotiating contract expansions
(c) Operational excellence and collaboration:
- Maintain accurate forecasting and account health metrics in CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
- Synthesize client feedback and market intelligence to inform product roadmap and go-to-market strategy
- Work closely with Customer Success, Support, and Professional Services to ensure seamless client experience
Qualifications and experience:
- 2-4 years of total experience, including 1-2 years as an Analyst (or similar) at a top-tier management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG)
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholders, influence decision-makers, and drive projects with minimal oversight
- Superior analytical skills: ability to interpret data, build business cases, and communicate insights clearly
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with experience facilitating workshops or executive meetings
- Bachelor's degree from a top university in Business, Economics, STEM, or a related field
Nice-to-have:
- 1+ years of post-consulting experience in B2B SaaS, technology account management, customer success, or strategic sales
- Demonstrated success in growing account revenue through upselling/cross-selling in a subscription business model
- Familiarity with SaaS metrics (ARR, NRR, Churn, LTV) and contract negotiation
