Hiring: Associate Financial Control & Reporting

Location: Powai, Mumbai

Experience:

- 2-4 years (Senior Analyst)

- 4-6 years (Assistant Manager)

- 6-8 years (Manager)

Qualification: CA / CFA (Mandatory)

We are hiring for the Finance Financial Control & Reporting team and are looking for professionals with strong accounting and financial reporting expertise within the financial services / investment banking domain.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong accounting and financial reporting knowledge

- Experience in Financial Control / Financial Reporting functions

- Exposure to US GAAP / IFRS

- Strong analytical skills

- Understanding of financial instruments

- Excellent stakeholder management and issue resolution skills

- Advanced Excel skills and ability to work on finance systems

Preferred Background:

- Candidates from investment banks, global financial institutions, Big 4 financial services teams, or capital markets environments

- Experience in regulatory reporting, month-end close, balance sheet substantiation, financial controls, disclosures, or group reporting

Education:

- CA / CFA mandatory
