Senior Analyst/Assistant Manager - Global Markets (Management Reporting) - EMEA Shift

- Experience Requirements:

- Senior Analyst (SA): 2-4 years of relevant experience

- Assistant Manager (AM): 5-6 years of relevant experience

We are looking to hire high-calibre professionals for its Finance MI / Business Performance Reporting team, supporting Global Markets & Sales leadership.

Mandatory Skills (Non-Negotiable):

- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint

- Hands-on experience with Power BI (data modelling, DAX, interactive dashboards)

- Working knowledge of Alteryx (ETL, data preparation)

- Basic to intermediate Python

- Strong experience in MI / FP&A / Business Performance Reporting

- Understanding of Capital Markets and Global Sales businesses

- Proven ability to deliver Daily, MTD, YTD revenue and client analytics

- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Key Responsibilities :

- Deliver BAU and ad-hoc MI reporting for Global Sales and Senior Management

- Publish accurate and timely management reports for Business Heads, CEOs, -and CAOs

- Analyse revenue trends and support budgeting and forecasting exercises

- Track and reconcile sales credits and revenue allocations

- Identify and report KPIs for management presentations

- Support UAT testing and sign-off for reporting enhancements

- Work closely with global stakeholders across regions and time zones

Educational Qualifications:

- MBA (Finance) or Bachelor's degree in Technology / Engineering / Finance or related discipline

Preferred Experience:

- Prior exposure to Investment Banking / Global Markets

- Experience working with Sales CAOs

- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, star schema, and Power BI Gateway

- Experience in writing analytical commentaries for senior stakeholders
