Job Location : Gurgaon

Salary : 30 LPA - 45 LPA

Who We're Looking For

- 3-6 years of deep, hands-on paid media experience, primarily Facebook/Meta Ads, with exposure to Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, or programmatic platforms.

- Proven track record managing, optimizing, and scaling high-budget campaigns across complex client accounts.

- Strong technical proficiency with paid media platform nuances, creative testing, audience targeting, bid management, and funnel optimization.

- Working knowledge of tracking infrastructure, including Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and conversion APIs, with an ability to implement and troubleshoot tracking setups across platforms.

- Comfortable working alongside business consultants, translating strategic goals into executable campaign plans.

- Data-fluent with ability to analyze campaign metrics, derive insights, and implement automation or AI-driven enhancements.

- Effective communicator, able to explain technical performance details to non-technical stakeholders and clients.

- Experience mentoring or managing junior paid media professionals is preferred

What You'll Do First 30 Days - Strategic Onboarding & Alignment

- Dive deep into Company's consulting-first approach to performance marketing, including proprietary frameworks, playbooks, and campaign systems.

- Understand how we integrate AI, automation, and analytics to drive performance across diverse client portfolios.

- Collaborate closely with business consultants and other senior team members to align on client contexts, goals, and growth strategies.

- Audit existing client campaigns to identify quick-win optimizations and strategic gaps.

- Start contributing to strategic discussions and planning sessions for active and upcoming accounts.

Next 60 Days - Ownership & Execution

- Take over end-to-end ownership of paid media execution across assigned client accounts, including strategy, setup, optimization, and reporting. - Lead campaign planning and media buying with a cross-channel lens (primarily Meta, with Google/TikTok/LinkedIn as needed). - Implement advanced creative testing, audience segmentation, budget allocation, and bid strategies. - Use Company's AI and automation stack to proactively enhance campaign performance. - Start mentoring junior Paid Media Executives and Analysts by reviewing their work and guiding tactical execution.

Beyond 90 Days - Strategic Leadership & Innovation

- Lead the paid media strategy for key accounts, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and measurable outcomes.

- Develop and refine scalable campaign playbooks, tracking systems, and reporting templates.

- Partner with creative, analytics, and tech teams to launch full-funnel performance marketing initiatives.

- Contribute to Company's thought leadership by introducing new testing ideas, platform innovations, and strategic frameworks.

- Actively shape the evolution of the paid media function at Company as we scale.

Must-Have Skills

- 3-6 years of hands-on paid media campaign management, especially with Facebook/Meta Ads.

- Strong analytical skills; comfortable interpreting data and making data-driven optimization decisions.

- Experience with marketing automation, AI tools, and scripting or light coding for campaign efficiency.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and internal stakeholder collaboration.

- Proven ability to multitask across multiple accounts in a fast-paced, high-agency environment.

Candidates Must have :

Min 3 years of hands-on paid media management, primarily Facebook/Meta Ads, with exposure to Google/TikTok/LinkedIn/programmatic.

High-budget execution: Proven track record managing, optimizing, and scaling high-budget campaigns across complex client accounts.

Platform depth: Strong technical proficiency in creative testing, audience targeting, bid management, and full-funnel optimization.

Tracking & measurement: Working knowledge of GTM, Meta Pixel, and Conversion API; able to implement and troubleshoot tracking across platforms.

Data & automation: Data-fluent with the ability to analyze campaign metrics and apply AI/automation (and light scripting/coding) to drive efficiency.

Client partnership & communication: Can translate strategic goals from consultants into executable plans and clearly explain technical performance to non-technical stakeholders.

Ownership at scale: Comfortable owning end-to-end campaign execution across multiple accounts in a fast-paced environment.

Candidates with freelancing experience of less than 1 year, and none in recent last 2 years, can be considered.

Job stability is mandatory (the candidate should have completed a minimum of 2 years in a single organization).

Career gaps will not be considered.

Candidates with a strong educational background can be prioritized

Ability to be available flexible even on the weekends whenever required

Nice to have:

1. Experience with marketing automation, AI tools, and basic coding/scripting: The strategist should be familiar with marketing automation platforms and AI-driven tools to enhance campaign efficiency, as well as have a basic understanding of coding or scripting for campaign optimization
