Senior Accountant - Record to Report - North America Finance Operations

Shift : US Shift (6 PM - 3 AM IST)

Work Mode : Onsite (5 days working)

We are hiring a Senior Accountant to support North America finance operations within a shared services environment. This role is ideal for finance professionals with strong US GAAP accounting exposure, month-end reporting experience, and expertise in general ledger management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare financial statements including Balance Sheet, P&L, and Cash Flow Statements in line with US GAAP

- Manage General Ledger accounting activities, reconciliations, journal entries, and adjustments

- Handle client billing, invoicing, and expense accounting

- Maintain fixed asset registers, depreciation schedules, and accounting records

- Support audits and compliance requirements

- Analyse financial data and large datasets using advanced Excel

- Ensure timely and accurate month-end close activities

Mandatory Skills & Experience :

- 3-5 years of accounting experience supporting North America region

- Prior experience in Shared Services / Global Capability Center (GCC) environment

Strong experience in:

- General Ledger Accounting

- Financial Reporting

- Balance Sheet Reconciliation

- Month-End Close

- US GAAP

- Client Billing & Expense Accounting

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills :

- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP

- Pivot Tables

- SUMIF/COUNTIF

- Data Analysis

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Educational Qualification:

- FULLY Qualified CA / ICWA / CPA / ACCA
