Key Responsibilities:
Programmatic Campaign Management
- Plan, execute, and optimize programmatic campaigns across DV360 and other DSPs.
- Manage campaign setup, audience strategy, pacing, troubleshooting, and ongoing optimization.
- Monitor campaign KPIs such as CTR, CPA, ROAS, viewability, and delivery metrics.
- Ensure proper trafficking, tracking, and QA through ad servers or tag managers.
Client & Account Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communication on programmatic strategy and performance.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and strategic recommendations.
Media Operations & Billing
- Handle end-to-end media billing, including budget tracking, pacing, and invoice reconciliation.
- Ensure accurate media spend documentation and adherence to financial processes.
- Coordinate with finance and ops teams for smooth billing and documentation workflow.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with strategy, creative, analytics, and platform teams to ensure integrated campaign delivery.
- Stay updated on programmatic trends, platform enhancements, and new features.
- Identify opportunities for up-selling, cross-selling, and campaign expansion.
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in programmatic advertising, campaign management, or media operations.
- Deep expertise in DV360 (mandatory).
- Strong understanding of DSPs, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and measurement frameworks.
- Solid experience in media billing, budget management, and financial reconciliation.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale campaigns.
- Strong communication, analytical thinking, and client-facing skills.
- Proficiency in Excel, dashboards, and reporting tools.
Preferred Skills (Good to Have):
- Experience with other DSPs (The Trade Desk, MediaMath, Amazon DSP, etc.).
- Familiarity with DCM, Google Analytics, or other ad servers and analytics tools.
- Knowledge of attribution models, brand safety tools, and verification platforms (IAS, MOAT, DoubleVerify).
- Certification in DV360 or Google Marketing Platform.
