
Description:
- Manage and oversee daily SEM operations across Google Ads, Bing, and other platforms for a diverse set of clients.
- Monitor and optimize key account metrics such as keyword bids, daily/monthly budgets, impression share, quality score, and CPL/CPA.
- Recommend and execute SEM strategies related to keyword expansion, campaign restructuring, audience targeting, bidding models, and display network optimization aligned to client goals.
- Lead end-to-end setup of new paid search campaigns, including account structure planning, ad group creation, and targeting refinements.
- Develop and deliver weekly and monthly client performance reports covering campaign metrics, insights, goal tracking, and revenue impact.
- Communicate proactively with internal teams and leadership on project progress, timelines, performance, and results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of SEM strategies and support broader marketing objectives.
- Stay updated with the latest SEM trends, platform updates, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong expertise in Google Ads, Bing Ads, and Search Ads 360 (if applicable)
- Deep understanding of keyword strategy, bidding models, audience segmentation, and campaign optimization
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive insights
- Strong communication, reporting, and client management skills
- Ability to lead and mentor team members
- Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and data analysis
Qualifications:
- Bachelors and Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Certifications in Google Ads, Bing Ads, or other SEM tools preferred
- Experience managing large-scale SEM budgets and high-performing campaigns
