Seekho - Legal Compliance Manager - LLB

We're looking for a proactive professional to lead our legal, regulatory, and secretarial functions-enabling smooth operations and growth across geographies.

This is a full-time, 5-day work from office role based in Bangalore.

Key Responsibilities:

- Draft/review/negotiate commercial agreements (vendor, employment, IP, SaaS, partnerships, global contracts)

- Advise on global compliance (GDPR, cross-border employment, IP rights)

- Ensure compliance with Indian & international laws (Companies Act, IT Act, labour laws, etc.)

- Manage secretarial duties (board meetings, filings, ROC compliance)

- Lead risk management, legal documentation & audits

- Liaise with external counsel & advisors

- Support fundraising, due diligence, and corporate projects

- Mitigate regulatory & legal risks

Requirements:

- LLB (Company Secretary is a plus)

- 3-5 years' corporate legal experience (start-ups/law firms preferred)

- Contract negotiation, global frameworks, compliance expertise

- Experience with cross-border transactions

- Strong governance & stakeholder skills

- Self-starter, able to own projects end-to-end
