- The Marketing Operations Manager is responsible for optimizing marketing automation, managing data analytics, and tracking campaign performance to enhance efficiency and drive better marketing outcomes.
- This role ensures seamless execution of marketing initiatives through process improvements, technology integrations, and data-driven decision-making.
Location: Pune (Work from Office).
Office Timings: 12 pm to 9 pm.
Key Responsibilities:.
Marketing Automation & Campaign Execution:
- Own and manage marketing automation workflows in HubSpot.
- Set up and optimise email campaigns, landing pages, and lead flows.
- Improve lead-nurturing workflows, segmentation, and personalisation strategies.
Lead Management & CRM Integration:.
- Manage lead scoring, data hygiene, and CRM integrations between HubSpot & Salesforce.
- Work closely with sales to optimise lead handoff and improve MQL to SQL conversion rates.
Data & Analytics:.
- Track marketing performance metrics (CTR, conversion rates, CAC, etc.
- Build and maintain dashboards & reports in Power BI, Google Analytics, and HubSpot.
- Implement A/B testing to improve email, landing page, and ad performance.
Marketing Technology & Process Optimization:.
- Ensure Google Tag Manager, tracking pixels, and analytics scripts are correctly implemented.
- Optimize marketing processes for efficiency and scalability.
- Assist in basic JavaScript or scripting tasks to support automation and tracking.
Collaboration & Sales Alignment:.
- Work with demand generation, content, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives.
- Support budget tracking and forecasting for marketing programs.
Key Result Areas (KRAs) & Metrics:.
- Marketing Automation Efficiency: Reduce manual effort in campaign execution by XX%.
- Lead Management: Increase MQL to SQL conversion rate by XX%.
- Campaign Performance: Improve email CTR, landing page conversions, and ad engagement rates.
- Data Accuracy & CRM Integration: Maintain 95%+ data hygiene in CRM & marketing systems.
- Marketing Attribution: Improve multi-touch attribution accuracy to better track ROI.
Requirements:
Essential Requirements:
- 3-6 years of experience in marketing operations, demand generation, or B2B SaaS marketing.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot (marketing automation).
- Familiarity with Salesforce (CRM) - expertise is not required, but experience working with it is beneficial.
- Strong expertise in email marketing, lead scoring, and segmentation.
- Data analysis & reporting experience with Google Analytics, HubSpot, and Power BI.
- Excel expertise, including handling large datasets, pivot tables, and formulas.
- Experience with campaign performance tracking & optimization.
