This is a Sr Manager- HR generalist role focused on driving people priorities aligned with the business agenda. This role is accountable for providing strategic and operational HR support to the assigned projects. This role involves working together with centres of excellence to deliver key people priorities. The role significantly contributes to the success of the organization by fully leveraging HR policies & processes. Responsibilities: - Work with senior HR leadership on key initiatives / projects aligned with our people strategy - Support in HR Business partnering activities with focus on building an org for future, talent management, DEI, upskilling and engagement - Support on strategic business transformation topics with focus on people analytics and business insights - Work with cross-functional teams to contribute to strategic HR initiatives Key Experiences & Requirements: (Critical experience, personal attributes and skills to succeed in the role.
