SBICAP Securities - Product Manager - Mutual Fund

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Coordinating with MF companies for updates on schemes, new products, data, marketing campaigns, support for sales teamsbranch visits, client meetings, and training.

- Negotiating with MF companies for revenue sharing, marketing budgets, and other commercial arrangements with AMCs

- Conduct regular training on MF schemes, internal process, and transaction platforms.

- Design and drive sales initiatives to improve wallet share for MF business

- Coordinate with product team for updating schemes in the Hand Picked Category" and Mutual Fund Packs, based on data and qualitative checks.

- Using CRISIL data to prepare and circulate the weekly Fund- o- Meter report and circulating among the frontline.

- Work with the marketing team for co- branded content, communication material, and educational content.

- Work with the Growth/DIY team on digital mutual fund campaigns and promote DIY- investing.

- Coordinating with frontline for completing or renewing mandatory certifications i.e., NISM VA, NISM XIII, NISM XXIA etc.

- Identify gaps in MF processes or system workflows and coordinate with internal teams to fix issues, competition benchmarking, new MF features and enhance user journey. Also, monitor technical issues like system errors, NAV differences, transaction mismatches, etc.

- Align with Compliance and Risk teams on regulatory updates, circulars, and required process changes

Qualification / Skill Set :

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to express innovative ideas and understand business requirements

- Proficient in Microsoft office especially Excel and PPT

- Possesses strong analytical skills

- Knowledge of digital marketing, strong presentation skills
