To ensure that sales and Service levels fixed for RMs are Met.   - Designing, Implementing and Monitoring the sales and Services for both e-Wealth RMs and traditional RMs. Conducting Individual and Joint Performance reviews with Circle Functionaries. Performance Measurement of RMs, Coaching and Mentoring the RMs and Acquisition Teams.
