Responsibility: Lead, coach, and manage inside sales team to meet/exceed targets.
Goal: Drive revenue growth, expand customer base, and foster team development.
What youll do:
- Lead and motivate team to achieve sales targets.
- Develop & implement sales strategies for revenue growth.
- Monitor & analyze sales metrics against company goals.
- Conduct training and coaching for skills & product knowledge.
- Collaborate with marketing & product teams for alignment.
- Manage sales pipeline (qualification follow-up closing).
- Handle complex inquiries and negotiations.
- Ensure smooth communication across teams.
Core Responsibilities:
- Set goals, track performance, and provide feedback.
- Conduct regular team meetings & strategy sessions.
- Develop customer-segment-specific sales strategies.
- Ensure best practices in customer engagement & deal closure.
- Implement CRM tools for efficiency & reporting.
- Analyze sales data for trends & improvements.
- Oversee account management strategies.
- Design incentive/reward programs.
- Resolve team conflicts, maintain positive environment.
- Prepare & present sales reports to management.
- Assist in hiring, onboarding, and training.
- Continuously improve sales processes & explore growth opportunities.
What were looking for:
- MBA or advanced degree in Business/Sales/Marketing.
- 3-5 years experience in Inside Sales Management/leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of inside sales, lead generation & closing.
- B2B sales experience (tech/services preferred).
- Proficient in CRM tools & automation tools.
- Strong leadership, coaching & team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation & problem-solving.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environment.
