The Opportunity:

- The Consultant (CEO's Office) will serve as a strategic partner to the CEO and leadership team, to drive Sattva's growth, innovation, and impact agenda. The role is designed for a high- performing individual, who will lead cross-functional initiatives, synthesize business and impact insights, and enable informed decision-making on strategic priorities. This position requires exceptional problem-solving skills, strong business acumen, curiosity and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments with agility. It is ideal for individuals who combine consulting rigour with a deep commitment to social impact. This role reports directly to the CEO, offering exposure to organization-wide strategy and leadership decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic planning and execution:

- Support the CEO in developing, reviewing, and monitoring the company's strategic roadmap.

- Conduct research and analysis to inform strategic decisions such as new business opportunities, partnerships, or expansion initiatives; and generate actionable insights for business and impact growth

- Own specific work streams within CEO-led initiatives, independently drive problem- solving and execution in collaboration with business leaders

- Track progress on key strategic initiatives, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes

Communication and Stakeholder Management

- Develop high-quality executive presentations, internal communications, and updates for leadership and board members; and coordinate across leadership to ensure alignment on strategic decisions

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate decision-making and ensure alignment on strategic priorities.

- Prepare briefing notes and insights for CEO participation in key meetings, external forums, and board discussions.

Insights and Analytics:

- Monitor macro trends, policy developments, and competitive intelligence relevant to the organisation's strategic agenda.

- Synthesise insights into clear, actionable recommendations for the leadership team.

The Ideal Candidate:

- 4-6 years of experience in consulting, project management & complex operations, stakeholder management in corporate, social enterprises, consulting firms, or global foundations.

- Strong problem-solving, critical thinking, and business acumen

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align diverse teams.

- Efficient in time and quality management, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work

- Experience translating business strategy into measurable social impact preferred

- Proficiency in data collection, analysis and presentation tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.) to facilitate decision-making and convey insights effectively

- Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity, fast-paced environments
