Job Summary:
- We are seeking a proactive Relationship Manager with experience in Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) to manage client relationships, drive business growth, and support customers through the end-to-end loan lifecycle.
- The role requires strong market awareness and the ability to analyze trends to identify new opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire and manage clients for Home Loan and LAP products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, developers, builders, and channel partners.
- Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs, competitor offerings, and prevailing market trends.
- Generate leads through field activities, referrals, and partnerships.
- Guide customers through the loan application process, ensuring timely documentation and disbursement.
- Achieve assigned business targets while maintaining portfolio quality.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide regular market feedback and performance reports to management.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- 1-2 years of experience in Home Loans (HL) / Loan Against Property (LAP) sales or relationship management.
- Strong understanding of the secured lending market and customer acquisition strategies.
- Ability to analyze market data and follow industry trends.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-driven mindset with a customer-centric approach
