Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Management: Oversee daily branch operations, ensure team efficiency and quality of service.

- Sales & Business Development: Develop strategies to achieve sales targets, identify new business opportunities, and drive customer acquisition and retention.

- Team Leadership: Lead, train, and mentor team members; conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.

- Financial Oversight: Prepare and manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost-control measures to ensure profitability.

- Customer Relationship Management: Address customer needs, resolve escalated issues, and ensure high satisfaction levels.

- Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure branch activities comply with internal policies and external regulations; mitigate operational risks.

- Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.

Requirements:

- Minimum 8 years of experience in the Travel, Airlines, GDS, or similar service industry preferred.

- Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills.

- Ability to handle high-pressure environments and make strategic decisions.
