We Are Hiring SAP Sales Manager (Govt PSU & Enterprise Sector)

Location: Bangalore, India.

Experience: 8-15 Years.

Joining: Immediate or within 1520 days.

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Sales Manager to drive SAP product and service sales across Indian and global markets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SAP license sales, implementation projects, and strong technical knowledge of SAP modules.

This is an individual contributor role requiring end-to-end sales execution and strategic account management.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the complete SAP sales cycle including lead generation, solution presentation, proposal development, and deal closure.

- Generate new business opportunities and expand existing accounts across Indian and international markets.

- Focus on SAP Licensing Sales and Implementation Projects including negotiating, structuring, and closing deals.

- Meet and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.

- Engage with C-level stakeholders to align SAP solutions with business needs.

- Collaborate with technical teams for accurate and effective solution proposals.

- Track industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities.

- Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and forecasts.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10-15 years of experience in SAP sales with focus on SAP Licensing and Implementation Projects.

- Experience in managing domestic (India) and international clients.

- Strong technical understanding of SAP modules (S/4HANA, FICO, MM, SD, SuccessFactors, etc.

- Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets independently.

- Strong negotiation, business, and presentation skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Willingness to travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

- SAP certifications or relevant technical training.

- Experience working with SAP partners or system integrators.

Note: Candidates should highlight key achievements in the last 5 years, especially in government, public sector, or enterprise accounts in North and South India.
