SAP Practice Leader

Role Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Practice Leader to head our SAP consulting practice, driving business growth, and delivering high-quality SAP solutions to clients. The successful candidate will possess strong SAP expertise, leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing teams and delivering complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Leadership Help develop and execute SAP practice strategy, aligning with company goals.

- Establish, lead and manage a team of SAP consultants, providing guidance and mentorship.

- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.

- Delivery Oversee SAP project delivery, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget adherence.

- Ensure effective project planning, execution, and monitoring.

- SAP Expertise: Stay up to date with SAP trends, technologies, and best practices.

- Provide SAP solution architecture and design guidance.

- Develop and maintain SAP competency frameworks.

Skills and Qualifications:

- 20+ years of SAP consulting experience.

- Proven leadership and management experience.

- Strong SAP technical knowledge (e.g., SAP ERP, S/4HANA, Fiori).

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.

- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.

Desirable Skills:

- SAP certifications (e.g., SAP Certified Associate).

- Experience with SAP implementation methodologies (e.g., ASAP).

- Knowledge of industry-specific SAP solutions (e.g., SAP IS-Retail)

- Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions (e.g., SAP Cloud Platform)
