Role Overview:

Lead and deliver large-scale SAP Fashion projects with a strong focus on Sales & Distribution (SD) processes. Drive solution design, integration, and business transformation for global fashion and apparel enterprises implementing SAP Fashion Management (FMS) or S/4HANA Fashion.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead full-cycle SAP Fashion implementations, rollouts, and support engagements with accountability for SD work streams.

- Define and design fashion-specific business processes covering order management, allocation, pricing, inventory control, and returns management.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to capture business requirements, prepare functional blueprints, and deliver end-to-end solutions aligned with business goals.

- Architect integrations between SAP SD and other modules such as MM, PP, FICO, and WM/EWM to ensure unified process execution across the supply chain.

- Conduct fit-gap analysis and drive configuration, testing, data migration, UAT, and go-live activities within project timelines.

- Provide functional expertise in Fashion Management or S/4HANA Fashion, advising on best practices and system optimization strategies.

- Analyze and resolve complex incidents, service requests, and enhancements, ensuring business continuity and minimal disruption.

- Lead process improvement and automation initiatives to enhance operational visibility and efficiency in order-to-cash processes.

- Mentor and guide junior consultants, providing quality assurance, review, and knowledge transfer across project phases.

- Partner with stakeholders from merchandising, logistics, finance, and retail operations to deliver scalable digital transformation outcomes.

Required Skills and Experience:

- 10+ years of experience in SAP SD with at least 3 full lifecycle SAP Fashion or Retail implementations.

- Deep functional understanding of order-to-cash, pricing, intercompany sales, returns, and consignment processes.

- Proven experience integrating SD with MM, FICO, and EWM modules in Fashion or Consumer Goods domains.

- Strong knowledge of fashion-specific processes including seasonality, segmentation, value-added services, and allocation management.

- Hands-on configuration experience in S/4HANA Fashion or FMS environment.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and team leadership skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with focus on solution delivery.

Preferred Qualifications:

- SAP Certified Application Professional in SD or Fashion Management.

- Experience with SAP CAR, AFS, or Omnichannel Retail solutions.

- Exposure to global template rollouts and multi-country SAP deployments.
