ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Consultant to join our global team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP EWM with proven success in end-to-end implementations, including S/4HANA Cloud environments. You will work on complex global rollout programs, connecting decentralized EWM systems to both SAP ECC and S/4HANA Core, and running decentralized EWM in standalone mode.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Participate and deliver end-to-end SAP EWM implementations (minimum 3 full cycles, including at least 1 S/4HANA implementation).
- Manage decentralized EWM in standalone operational mode.
- Configure, test and deploy decentralized EWM integrated with SAP ECC (R/3) and S/4HANA Core.
- Contribute to global rollout programs, collaborating across regions and time zones.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (PP, MM, SD, QM etc.) to ensure seamless process integration.
- Provide guidance, knowledge transfer, and BAU (Business-As-Usual) support post-implementation.
- Prepare functional documentation, solution designs, and configuration guides.
- Ensure best practices and standards are applied in system design and deployment.
- Proven experience in:
1. Connecting decentralized EWM to SAP ECC (R/3).
2. Connecting decentralized EWM to S/4 Core.
3. Running decentralized EWM in standalone mode.
- Exposure to integration with automation systems (e.g., conveyors, sorters, RFID).
- Understanding of warehouse operations and supply chain processes.
- Be available for short-term global travel as required for project and rollout phases.
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Strong knowledge of SAP EWM in ECC and S/4 HANA environment.
- Experience with SAP Fiori.
- Experience with international projects.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in global rollout programs and working in multi-country, multi-time-zone environments.
- And - of course - this job is in English language.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelors degree in engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
