Job Description : - Develops and directs implementation of compensation and benefits programs that provide fair and competitive rewards to attract and engage employees in line with Global direction and local priority - Designs and implements the organization's reward programs so its compensation and benefits outcomes meet current and future business needs and are consistent with internal equity and external market competitiveness. - Monitors current salary costs / rewards spend. - Conducts salary surveys, establishes salary structures, develops salary budgets and prepares policies. - Is acting as a guardian of the international mobility policy - Provides integrated advice and supports clients on a wide range of C&amp;B issues. - Effective execution of performance management process in alignment with global direction Organization : - To understand and communicate organization values across the team - To align with and participate actively in organization led initiatives periodically - To understand and comply with the organization Code of Ethics for the role People : - Provide remuneration solutions for salary (compensation) and benefits management to the team and review adherence to policies in order to help attract and retain talent Financial : - Plan and drive adherence to Global Grade Governance for the perimeter - Support Talent Acquisition to meet and negotiate the final salary grade fitment for new joinees, set salary range parameters for hiring and provide timely advise and solutions in line with the TA guidelines - Plan and execute the reward and / or incentive processes (STI) for sales and non-sales personnel and partner with Business and Sales HR for the same - Execute performance, reward &amp; benefits projects through rigorous data / modelling and putting together options that offer the best value to the organisation Process : - Design and recommend new compensation structures, or programs based on market data, regulatory changes or internal optimisation in line with applicable statutory rules - Analyse and scrutinize compensation &amp; benefits related HR systems, policies and processes to examine areas of improvement, and work toward making them more employee friendly (e.g. SMART compensation analytics, benchmarks etc) - Partner and drive Rewards &amp; Performance systems / implementation from time to time - Design and Drive local as well as Global Projects from time to time - Review &amp; Optimise SOPs to enable business and optimize service delivery - Ensure active &amp; timely communication on performance &amp; reward priorities through the life-cycle Customer : - To maintain and improve strong relationships and continually update relevance of policies and processes through internal and external customer feedback in order to enhance efficacy of implementation - To provide expert C&amp;B advisory for mid to complex business situations and drive timely resolution or suggest changes to existing processes and procedures as needed Knowledge, Skills &amp; Competencies / Language : - Proficiency in analytics / excel skills with strong C&amp;B domain knowledge - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a matrix global organization - Stakeholder management and project management skills - Ability to prioritize and be agile Qualifications : - Post graduate qualification in HR with a minimum of 10-12 years of which 5+ years needs to be in C&amp;B - Knowledge of the latest tools and techniques in Human Resources
