Job Objective

- Responsible for driving Finance & Accounts Management Processes across entire organization including all Manufacturing Plants and CMUs. Ensuring achievement of functional F&A objectives.

- Build & implement strong SOPs for F&A Standards and Compliance Processes.

- Collaborate with the Functional Leaders to define strategic goals and assess the financial implications of major business decisions.

- Oversee the development of the group's annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models.

- Analyse financial performance across all business units and provide insights to drive profitability and cost efficiencies.

- Monitor and report key financial metrics and variances to stakeholders. Oversee the consolidation of financial statements and ensure compliance with regulatory and accounting standards (e.g., IndAS and IFRS)

- Lead the internal and external audit processes to ensure robust financial controls

Experience:

- 20 + years in F&A from FMCG industry

- More than 20 years in F&A Management

- Exposure to driving Corp F&A Function in leadership role from FMCG Industry
