Key Responsibilities: - As a Senior Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping our financial strategy and ensuring compliance and transparency across all finance functions. You'll be responsible for: - Leading financial operations including budgeting, accounting, and reporting. - Managing and mentoring the finance team. - Ensuring full compliance with IT, GST, TDS, PF, ESI, STPI, FEMA, FERRA, Labour, PT, and ROC standards. - Driving financial reporting and analysis to support senior leadership. - Overseeing invoicing, collections, payments, reconciliations, and statutory filings. - Liaising with banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies. - Managing and coordinating internal and external audits.
