Role Overview:
We are seeking a Business Analyst with strong experience in SaaS-based or CRM products.
The ideal candidate will collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather requirements, map business processes, and deliver seamless product implementations.
This is a full-time, work-from-office role in Chennai, suitable for professionals who are passionate about business optimisation, technology-driven solutions, and customer success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Evaluate current business processes and recommend SaaS/CRM-based improvements.
- Work closely with Development, QA, Product, and Implementation teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Create functional specifications, workflows, wireframes, and user documentation.
- Conduct product demos, client training sessions, and requirement workshops.
- Monitor project timelines, track progress, and support delivery milestones.
- Participate in solution validation as part of the QA and UAT processes.
- Ensure alignment between client needs and product capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a Business Analyst in a SaaS or CRM product environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-mapping skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Experience working with Pharma, FMCG, or Healthcare domain is a plus.
- Ability to work independently with a proactive and learning mindset.
- Experience in supporting SaaS product implementations or enhancements.
