The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle.

They should be confident in building new client relationships and maintaining existing ones.

They should have evidence of strong skills and possess good negotiation skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives aimed at expanding our presence across key sectors, including private enterprises and digital platforms

- Identify target accounts and key decision-makers; build strong relationships with C-level executives, directors, and managers to understand their needs and position OSP Labs' services effectively

- Use platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, Guru, and PeoplePerHour (PPH) to identify, pitch, and secure new business opportunities

- Prepare persuasive company introductions, pitch decks, and service demos tailored to client needs

- Work cross-functionally with delivery and technical teams to create client-specific proposals and SOWs (Statements of Work)

- Conduct high-level contract negotiations to ensure mutually beneficial terms while optimizing revenue and profitability

- Ensure client satisfaction by proactively addressing issues and maintaining continuous engagement throughout the project lifecycle

- Stay up to date with IT industry trends, competitors, and client behavior to adjust sales tactics and uncover new opportunities

- Use CRM platforms like Apollo, Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, etc. , to track sales performance and automate outreach campaigns

- Schedule and facilitate meetings between clients and senior leadership; ensure internal alignment on strategic deals

- Maintain regular follow-up with leads and existing clients to nurture relationships and drive repeat business

- Leverage social media platforms for business outreach, brand positioning, and engagement with prospective clients

Qualifications :

- 5+ years of experience in sales industry

- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing

- Demonstrated soles success

- Strong negotiation skills

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- CRM experience is preferred

- Knowledge of research and strategy & Working knowledge of CRM like Apollo, Zoho, Salesforce, Hub Spot, etc
