About the role:

Our Enterprise Select Customer Success Managers pick up where our Services team leaves off, working with our largest and most complex customers to drive adoption and maximize the long-term value they receive from Samsara.

This is a remote position open to candidates residing in the US except SF Bay Metro (CA), NYC Metro (NY), and Washington DC Metro.

In this role, you will:

- Ensure our largest customers increase the safety, efficiency, and sustainability of their operations.

- Drive business transformation by leading strategic customer engagements.

- Orchestrate executive business reviews for our most complex partnerships.

- Influence internal roadmaps across Product, Finance, and Support.

Minimum requirements for the role:

- 6+ years of work experience with most recent experience in a Senior Customer Success, Account Management, or strategic consulting role.

- Mastery of priority management and emotional intelligence required to lead high-stakes, Fortune 500 partnerships.

- Proven ability to build trust and communicate effectively across all levels.

- Experience supporting Enterprise SaaS and/or Fortune 500 companies and working with technical products.

- Bachelors degree from a 4-year institution.

- This role requires up to 25-40% travel.
