Designation: Associate Department- Trademark Location: Gurgaon Position: 1 Experience: min. 2 to 3 years relevant experience Qualification: LLB/ LLM Job Description: - Trademark Searches and providing search Opinions. - Filing & Prosecution of Trademark Applications and providing legal opinion on Trademark matters. - Preparing, maintaining and updating client trademark portfolio. - Ability to handle client queries on IP Practices in India and draft legal opinions. - Ability to prepare Reply to Examination Report, Notice of Opposition as well as Counter Statement Reply, Notices and Rejoinders. - Oppositions/Cancellations/Rectifications and affidavits. - Experience with attending hearings at Trademark Registry. - Experience with filing of Trademark recordals, title updates and renewals. - Assisting seniors in allied matters.
