About the Role:
Our client is looking for a Salesforce Agentforce Specialist to design and deploy AI-powered agents on the Salesforce platform. The role focuses on using Agentforce to automate business workflows, enhance customer and employee experiences, and improve productivity across service, sales, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and deploy AI agents using Salesforce Agentforce for service, sales, HR, and operations use cases.
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements, define use cases, and translate processes into automated agent workflows.
- Integrate Agentforce with Salesforce orgs (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, custom apps) and ensure agents are grounded on trusted CRM data.
- Configure agents to handle queries, execute actions, and intelligently route or escalate complex cases to human teams.
- Leverage contact center capabilities (voice, chat, email, messaging) where applicable to build omnichannel agent experiences.
- Monitor agent performance, review logs/metrics, and continuously improve accuracy, containment, and user satisfaction.
- Create and maintain documentation, configuration guides, and provide enablement to business and support teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5-8+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (Sales Cloud / Service Cloud / Platform) in configuration and/or development.
- Practical exposure to Salesforce automation and AI (Flows, Einstein, or similar AI/automation tools).
- Understanding of Agentforce concepts (AI agents, grounding with business knowledge, orchestration, monitoring).
- Strong skills in requirement gathering, process mapping, and converting business needs into scalable automated solutions.
- Good knowledge of Salesforce data model, security, and integration patterns (REST / APIs).
- Excellent communication skills and experience working with cross-functional, remote teams.
