Sales Lead:
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Lead to drive revenue growth and build a world-class sales engine. This role will lead a team of BDRs, SDRs, and Account Executives, bringing strong sales processes, structured pipeline management, and solution-oriented selling.
The ideal candidate comes from a strong process-driven sales background, understands consultative solution selling, and has experience operating in complex sales environments.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and scale a team of BDRs, SDRs, and Account Executives.
- Build a high-performance culture focused on pipeline generation, conversion, and revenue growth.
- Set clear KPIs and performance metrics for each stage of the sales funnel.
Sales Process & Operation:
- Establish strong sales processes, playbooks, and forecasting frameworks.
- Ensure structured pipeline management and CRM hygiene.
- Continuously optimize the sales funnel to improve efficiency, win rates, and deal velocity.
Solution & Consultative Selling:
- Lead solution-driven sales conversations with prospects and enterprise clients.
- Understand client challenges and translate them into tailored solutions.
- Support the team in complex deal cycles and strategic accounts.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to improve lead quality, messaging, and customer experience.
- Provide market insights to help shape product and positioning.
Revenue & Pipeline Ownership:
- Own pipeline health, revenue forecasting, and sales performance.
- Identify growth opportunities, new markets, and expansion strategies.
What We're Looking For?
- Proven experience managing BDRs, SDRs, and AEs in a structured sales environment (mandatory).
- Strong process-oriented sales leadership with experience building scalable sales systems.
- Background in consultative / solution selling.
- Good domain understanding in eCommerce (preferred) or related industries.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and sales analytics tools.
