Job Title: Sales UPS System 6+ Years Experience
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka
Job Summary:
- Looking for a seasoned Sales professional with at least 6 years of experience in the UPS manufacturing sector.
- The role is to drive sales growth for our UPS product portfolio in the Bangalore market, manage key accounts, and build long term relationships with OEMs, system integrators, and end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.
- Manage a portfolio of existing accounts (OEMs, distributors, system integrators) and ensure achievement of sales targets.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demos for consulting engineers, consultants, and procurement teams.
- Prepare and deliver quotations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure timely delivery, aftersales service, and customer satisfaction.
- Gather market intelligence on competitors, pricing trends, and emerging technologies.
- Support channel partners with training, marketing collateral, and sales enablement tools.
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 years of sales experience in the UPS / power protection industry (preferably in a manufacturing environment).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Bachelors degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of UPS topologies, power quality, and related standards (IEC, IEEE).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
