Role Summary:
We are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead our regional sales operations in Jammu. This is a key leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, developing market strategies, managing a high-performing sales team, and ensuring superior customer engagement. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in B2B medical device sales and a strategic mindset to expand market presence across the healthcare ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with overall company goals.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, mentor, and manage a sales team to achieve and exceed performance targets.
- Market Expansion: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and healthcare procurement agencies.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers in the healthcare domain.
- Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs, prepare sales forecasts, and deliver accurate, timely reports to senior leadership.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all sales processes follow internal protocols and industry regulations.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a managerial or team lead role.
- Proven track record in Sales Strategy, Client Acquisition, and Territory Management.
- Strong people management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience in the medical device or healthcare equipment industry is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in CRM tools, sales reporting, and performance analytics.
- Bachelors/masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field. MBA preferred.
