Position: Sales Manager Plotting.

Department: B2C Sales (Plotting / Land Development).

Employment Type: Full-Time.

Experience: 36 years.

Location: Pune (On-site Hinjewadi).

Role Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Sales Manager Plotting to manage end-to-end sales activities for plotting and land development projects.

The role requires strong on-field sales expertise, excellent customer handling skills, and the ability to independently manage the sales cycle from inquiry to booking.

Key Responsibilities Sales & Client Management:

- Handle complete sales cycle for plotting and land development projects.

- Engage with prospective customers, understand requirements, and guide them through suitable options.

- Conduct structured site visits and clearly explain layouts, pricing, development plans, and project highlights.

Lead Conversion & Follow-ups:

- Maintain strong and consistent follow-ups to convert inquiries into bookings.

- Build long-term customer relationships through trust and effective communication.

Documentation & Coordination:

- Prepare and share project presentations, pricing sheets, inventory details, and proposals.

- Coordinate with CRM, marketing, documentation, and post-sales teams to ensure smooth sales closure.

Channel Partner Management:

- Engage and coordinate with channel partners and brokers to generate additional site visit traffic.

- Support partners with project information and closure assistance.

On-Site Sales Support:

- Manage on-site customer experience during site visits.

- Assist customers with booking formalities and required documentation.

Skills & Requirements:

- Proven experience in plotting / land sales (preferred).

- Strong field sales exposure with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to independently manage customers and close deals.

- Strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.

- Comfortable handling both on-field and office-based responsibilities.

- Result-oriented with a customer-first approach.
